Directors and management

	Robert Michael Kennedy ASAIT, Grad Dip (Systems Analysis), FCA, ACIS, Life Member AIM, FAICD Non-executive Chairman A Chartered Accountant and a consultant to Kennedy & Co, Chartered Accountants, a firm he founded. Mr Kennedy has been a director since 2006. Mr Kennedy is the Chairman of Beach Energy Limited (Director since 1991, Chairman since 1995), Flinders Mines Limited (since 2001), Somerton Energy Limited (since 2010), Ramelius Resources Limited (Director since 1995, Chairman since 2004), Monax Mining Limited (since 2004), Marmota Energy Limited (since 2007) and Maximus Resources Limited (since 2004). Mr Kennedy brings to the Board his expertise in finance and management consultancy and extensive experience as chairman and non-executive director of a range of listed public companies. Mr Kennedy is a member of the Audit Committee.
	Joseph Fred Houldsworth Managing Director Mr Houldsworth joined ERO Mining Limited as Managing Director in May 2013. He has over 30 years’ experience in the resources industry at both operational and management levels primarily in the Western Australian Goldfields. He is the former Managing Director of Ramelius Resources and was instrumental in turning the company into a highly profitable gold miner. He is a former consultant for 10 years to insolvency specialists on both mining and exploration and has considerable experience in asset management for various mining entities.
	Ewan Vickery LLB Non-Executive Director Mr Vickery is a corporate and business lawyer with over 30 years experience in private practice in Adelaide. He has acted as an advisor to companies on a variety of corporate and business issues including capital and corporate restructuring, native title and land access issues, and as lead native title advisor and negotiator for numerous mining and petroleum companies. Mr Vickery is a Director of Flinders Mines Limited and Maximus Resources Limited and member of the Legislation and Land Access Committee of the South Australian Chamber of Mines and Energy Inc, the International Bar Association Energy and Resources Law Section, the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a past national president of Australian Mining and Petroleum Law Association (AMPLA) Limited.
	Justin Nelson LLB and BA (Jur) Company Secretary Justin is Special Counsel with DMAW Lawyers. He is a former South Australian State Manager of ASX and is experienced in the listed company environment. He has extensive knowledge of the ASX Listing Rules, governance and all other aspects of ASX related matters.
